Compliance West MP-SURGE-PF-65

Description

MegaPulse Antenna Surge Tester PF 65, 10kV pulse derived from a 1nF capacitor, including the 4M ohm load resistor required by IEC 60065. Designed specifically for testing to IEC 60065 Fig. 7, IEC 60950 Annex N and IEC 62368-1 Annex D. The IEC 60065, Fig. 7a, switch S is our IER design, designed and built in compliance with IEC 60065, Fig. 7b. External interlock is supplied as standard equipment.

Optional TestMinder PF computer control allows the 50 cycle test program to be conducted. Optional 1000:1 Oscilloscope output (reference only)

• The Antenna Surge PF generates the waveform required by IEC 60065, 60950 and 62368-1 to test antenna ports at 10kV output voltage.
• The MegaPulse Antenna Surge PF is configured with our IER relay and is built in a 19 by 6U enclosure.
• Theoretical graphs and actual graphs showing the output of your tester are included with each MegaPulse, allowing easy sanity checks and proof to visiting agency engineers of test setups.
• 1000:1 BNC Oscilloscope output option allows quick connections and easy evaluation of output waveforms. (Reference only).
• Requirements are for positive polarity tests only. No reverse polarity waveforms are available from the MegaPulse Antenna Surge PF.
• Front panel voltage meter shows residual voltage in charging circuit for safer operation.
