Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Allo Calibration reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Sometimes products need to be returned due to faults or other reasons. Please read the below information regarding our returns policy.
Your Rights under the Our Country Consumer Law – Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the goods to us within 15 days (30 Days for mail order and internet customers) and we will offer you an exchange or refund. Goods must be unmarked and in original condition with original instructions and packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase in the first 7 days of the delivery date, please return the item to us and we will issue a full refund towards the original form payment. Items must be return with original packaging materials, sales receipt or packing list, warrantee/registration cards and instruction manuals. We will not accept used products for return. With all returns shipping/handling is to be paid by the customer and is nonrefundable.\
Refunds will be applied back to the customers bank account purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check. Please include your sales receipt or packing slip. Please send all returns via an insured and/or traceable carrier.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.=
Return Shipping Instructions:Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
